Accurate Bookkeeping is a MUST for any business, regardless of size or venture. We will download your account activities or manually enter statements into our software, sort and match paper receipts, add cash expenditures and keep track of taxable income and deductible expenses. You’ll receive a monthly income & expense statement together with an orderly folder of all documents pertaining to that month. Our monthly rates start at $50 for download only clients or $75 for manual entry clients. Your rate might vary depending on the work involved and is always guaranteed for at least 12 months.

- I am a small business owner. Do I really need bookkeeping services?

There are essentially three ways: Manual, Download, or Online Entry.
- What does manual, download and online entry mean and how are these different for me?
– Manual means you drop off/mail in/email your bank and credit card statements and receipts and we enter everything manually into professional software. This is the most expensive way because it is the most time-consuming.
– Download means you provide us with log-ins (secondary log-in or accountant access) to your bank and credit card accounts and we download the information into professional software. This is more affordable because it saves us time.
– Online means you have your own online Quickbooks account and download your data yourself. We monitor, correct mistakes and reconcile your books. This is the least expensive way because you do a lot of the work yourself. (Quickbook online fees apply, wholesale discount available)
- What do I get and what do I have to do?
You only have to pick your preferred method as described above, assure we get the data in a timely manner and pay your monthly bill. In return, you get peace of mind, compliance, audit-proof tax data and monthly reports, tailored to your needs. Of course we’ll let you know if you’re overpaying for services or not taking advantage of deductions the way you should. We’ll monitor your spending and advise on everything that is important to you and your business.
- How much does this all inclusive service cost?
Bookkeeping fees vary depending on how many accounts you use, the manner the data is entered and how much data there is all together. Basically, the more work it is for us, the more expensive it is for you – regardless of profit or loss.
